• Change your password regularly and avoid making it too short or simple (for example: password or 123456). A strong password should be reasonably long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one punctuation mark, and one number.
• When you access your account, always remember to log out when finished: this way you will avoid the risk that someone using your computer gains access to your account. On public computers, this practice should be mandatory.
• Do not share too much personal information with people you don’t know well. Avoid especially giving your email address, instant messaging contacts, phone number, full name, personal websites, or financial details such as your credit card information.
• Always be cautious of anyone pretending to be a representative of our company or other organisations who asks you to pay money for a service not directly offered on the IOL.im website.
• If a user behaves inappropriately, report it immediately by clicking the "Report" button. Remember that if someone bothers you, you can block them. Do not tolerate any form of abuse or harassment. Block the user or report them to our team. Reports are reviewed and resolved as quickly as possible.
